Waiting to connect to Bluetooth

Since the Apple update to 13.2.3 my Vivosmart HR is constantly in the “waiting to connect” to Bluetooth. I’m not receiving any texts, call alerts, etc. Anyone else having issues?I’ve completed the steps in the online forum already with no results. Thank you

My software is updated to the apple 13.2.3 but still nothing
