I can’t get Deezer to upload playlists to my Vivoactive 3 Music.

It gets all the way through the synch process but nothing is there. Is it a Deezer or an end user issue. I’m new to Deezer, Amazon and Spotify. I’m a Pandora person. I’m also a professional musician so having my music with me is essential to my well being. Lol. Any help is appreciated.
