Cannot download watch face from Garmin IQ

Hi,

I have For 935 and had download Garmin IQ apps, But When I want to download the specific watch face then I was direct to Garmin support - and being told to look for how to pair my watch with phone.

the fact my watch has been paired with phone with example:

- can receive text

- can by sync by Garmin connect apps

- etc..

BUT, in Garmin IQ apps, I did not see my watch has been connect so maybe no wonder I cannot download the watch face.

I dont know what to do, in Garmin connect apps its connected and not in Garmin IQ.
