Hi, I have been working with coach Greg on HM plan, we are in the 14th week out of 21 weeks plan. However, the plan doesn’t include long runs. Is this normal?
I am having this problem and found your post. Do you recall if the program got back on track? Or did you find some way to correct the program being stuck?
