Garmin Edge 1030 is not calculating my calories accurately and since I have Garmin Connect synced to a lot of other health apps, it’s an issue. I rode 9 miles in my mountain bike at 5 mph on moderately difficult trail yesterday and it calculated 1680 calories. 680 elevation gain, 1.5 hours of ride time. Average build female. This seems way over what it should be. In the past it would be about 450 calories. Something changed about a year ago and I can’t think of what it would be.
