I have the Vivoactive 3 and ever since I updated my iPhone I am unable to receive text notifications on my Garmin watch. So I followed your provided steps to help show text previews and it worked BUT I do not want my phone to ALWAYS have text previews on. Seems silly that one update can throw off your entire Bluetooth connectivity and multiple changes have to be made in order to do something as simple as receiving texts on your watch.
Garmin, please for the love of god, fix this. It’s been over 6 weeks since the update and you’ve done absolutely nothing but cover up this issue and from reading other complaints on the forum, it looks like a lot of other things aren’t working as well. So fix this ASAP or I’m not using Garmin ever again. You are losing a lot of customers over this update.
Fix this now.
