Cannot pair Vivofit 3 with new iphone XR running iOS13.2.2

Transferred data from iphone 6 to iphone XR but cannot pair my Viviofit 3 to the new phone. I have turned Bluetooth on and off, restarted the app, rebooted the phone but no luck.
