I literally brought my first Garmin yesterday, a Fenix 6s. I was so excited for pacepro, I made the map in my phone app set the pace and boom won’t sync. Just comes up with not compatible. I know fenix 6s is compatible with pacepro because there’s a big picture on the side of the box. I rung Garmin support today and he said it was apple updates and gave me a link to Garmin express to put on my laptop.... a MacBook. I downloaded it for apple using the link but still it will not connect even with the watch plugged into the computer. It will acknowledge it exists but won’t sync to it.
What do I do? I have a brand new $1200 watch that won’t do the one thing that made me buy it over any other watch.
