What do I do if on Garmin IQ it says that I have 0 apps installed and 0 remaining? Because I want to change my watch face but I can’t do anything.

On Garmin IQ it’s not allowing me to get any apps when all I want to do is change my watch face and it says that I have 512.0KB free but it’s not allowing me to download any apps... if you’ve seen this before or know what to do, that’d be a huge help.
