Every time I restart my phone I have to Login In and Reconnect Devices

Running iOS 13.2.2. Connect App is updated to 4.24.2.2.

For the last week every time I turn on my iPhone I have to re-Log In to Connect and reconnect all my devices (Fenix 5x & Vivosport.) Is this an issue with a Garmin update or a Apple Update? I have deleted the App and re-installed it. Still the same issue.

    It’s so ridiculous. After having it as a christmas present and  someone spending much more than I would have wanted on an item that doesn’t actually do what it says on the tin - it’s outrageous. Terrible connection and the fact that if you run out of battery on your iphone you need to re-set on GC from scratch! crazy!! 

  •  Same problem here. Garmin connect application on iOS 13 welcomes me and asks me to sign in each time i start the app. Then prompts me to set up my “new” three months old fr245. How can we get rid of this silly process? I am not sure but i guess it has started with new software (4.00) because i rarely had this problem previously.

    I don't understand why there is no message from Garmin.

    Is someone open a case ?

    Hello Garmin team this is a big problem across all your devices. Can you please response to the community so we can understand what you are doing to resolve the issue?

    Hi.

    I’ve same issue with Garmin Venu and Garmin 1030.

    I’ve contact Garmin, but they say that they never heard about this problem!!!! Ridiculous, I send  them link with this thread, so maybe they start to undestance that the problem is bigger of they suppose.

    Any way I’ve tried to close wifi and made a hard reset of my iPhone XS Max ios 13.3, afther the restart I Found  my Venu and my Edge 1030 ready to use in Garmin Connect.

    I’ve try also the normale shotdown of the device, twice with system, without any problem of re-paring device.

    Same issue. Thinking of getting a different tracker brand. This is so annoying!!
