Is Auto Start Live Track working for anyone

Auto Start Live Track has been broken for me since before IOS 13 came out. Is it working for anyone out there?

Mine works OK. I make sure Garmin Connect is open, and that my watch is connected to Garmin Connect (syncing).

Fine for me, on iOS 13.2 beta as well.
