Heart rate detail within iOS app

Is anybody having issues with heart rate readings in the iOS connect app? I see the reading on the first page when opening the app, but when I click on the heart rate widget, there are no details but a message that says “ sync your device to see today’s timeline”. This just started today

    yeah I’m having this issue.  my daily heart rate chart (the detailed one that records every 2 minutes) has disappeared. All it says now is Sync your device to see today’s timeline. Every day has gone not just today’s. They were all there this morning. I have switched the Bluetooth on and off, the phone and watch (935) on and off. I have downloaded the app again after deleting it and have Synced both numerous times. All other sections seem to work and the start screen shows my daily average and max plus my current rate so appears to be connected. I just cannot access the detailed daily data that I need.

    Piling on this thread to report this is now occurring on my app again. Fenix 5 Plus.  This was happening previously, magically fixed itself, and now has randomly started again.

    I have the same problem

  • I've now exchanged a few emails with Garmin. We've got past the initial 'try this' phase and I've now sent them screenshots and diagnostics reports, so hopefully they'll get to the bottom of it.

    Anyone who hasn't already, it can't hurt to email Garmin yourself.

    Will post on here if I hear anything interesting or useful.

    Hi. Same issue since 2 days. Brandnew vivomove HR. Bought 5 days ago. Everything worked fine for 3 days. Then, the problem started. No update on the iPhone site (IOS 13.2.3). It's a little bit annoying.

  • Same here, as of today. iPhone 7plus running IOS 13.2.3 with Fenix 3HR and Connect 4.25.1. Also my altimeter has been fooling around with sudden +20000 readings. Contacted support over a week ago and they have yet to reply.
