Heart rate detail within iOS app

Is anybody having issues with heart rate readings in the iOS connect app? I see the reading on the first page when opening the app, but when I click on the heart rate widget, there are no details but a message that says “ sync your device to see today’s timeline”. This just started today

I am having the issue, too. I have rebooted my iPHone and the Vivosmart HR. This is new. It has worked fine for the past few months. GArmin Connect on my Macbook works fine.

I have the same problem. Vivoactive 4 (bought two days ago) with Iphone 7 .

I can't see the graph of the HR in app. It ask me to Sync my device, but not work.

Probably the same problem. Vivosport with iPhone suddenly says "sync your device to see today's timeline" although the sync obviously works because steps and heart rate is registered on the phone all the time.

Problem was fixed for me on November, 28 2019

This is happening with me too. Forerunner 245, iPhone 11 (latest iOS). Have emailed [email protected] and would suggest people do the same if they haven't already.

Thank god I’m not the only one . Mine started a few days ago. It won’t show up on Garmin Connect but shows up on Garmin Express when I sync to my computer. I have a Vivoactive 3

Yes, i think we need a SW update or a server check by garmin.
But is strange, because it happens on my fēnix 5x and on the Vivoactive 3 (no music) of my girlfriend. They got two different internal SW.

May it be a problem on the online server of garmin ?

I think it’s the Garmin Connect app. It shows on Garmin Express

i had the same issue, a month ago, few days later the problem was solved.

but it starts again.

i have a forunner 45 and an Iphone Xs ( latest version IOS )

Same issue with my ios garmin connect app after its update 2 days ago... this issue has been reported almost 1 month ago, Garmin has still not reacted ️Not even a waiting message to his numerous customers...

Same here. Heart Rate Details available on full web-based app but not on iOS. iOS and Connect fully updated, manually synched numerous times, Bluetooth on, device rebooted, etc etc.
