Hi, I purchased a Vivoactive3 from you last year. It was working fine until recently. It’s software has been recently updated. The battery lasts about 3 hours whilst wearing it whilst exercise tracking, then low battery message appears. Regards

It’s software has been recently updated.
The battery lasts about 3 hours whilst wearing it whilst exercise tracking, then Battery Low message appears.
I logged on to your user forem, it appears that I’m not the only one!
How do you want me to proceed?
