Why is my Garmin Connect icon on my iPhone showing me I have 74 Notifications? When I enter the app there are no notifications that I can find anywhere? Help!

Click on the mailbox icon in Garmin Connect. That might clear it. Often happens to me, too

Top left off the main screen when you open Connect. Probably there is very little in it - I have no idea where the large number comes from :-)
