Iphone 11 disconnects from Garmin Connect (Garmin Connect 4.24)

I got an issue with Garmin Connect suddenly. My watch is a 6X Sapphire and phone is Iphone 11.

Yesterday I was on 13.2 beta 2 and updated today to 13.2 beta 3 and yesterday I also installed the latest update of Garmin Connect version 4.24.

When I open Garmin Connect I see the running man and it then connects with the watch instead of the standard page when starting Connect. So then swiping up for the home menu without turning of Connect and then couple minutes later or after I turn on my screen opening Connect I get the running man again like it was fully closed but I did not close it full.

So I thought maybe the issue was the new beta so I went in to recovery mode of Itunes and clean installed version 13.1.3. I set everything up like before and gave full access with everything for Connect so my side watch was good.

But the problem is still there with ios 13.1.3 so what is my issue, the latest IOS or Connect? Does more people have this problem??

I never had one single issue with my Fenix 5X Plus for 9 months but my 6X Sapphire gave me a lot of issues software wise sadly.

Yes, same here. I assume it has to do with some power saving like how it turns off gps when apps aren’t using it. Anyway, there needs to be a way to keep the connection active always.

Same issue here. Seems to be a Garmin Connect app issue. BT link between my Fenix 6X Sapphire works since I get the smartphone notifications on my Fenix. Come on Garmin. Could we have a reliable Garmin Connect connection going please.
