I have a Fenix 6, and a iPhone 7 with ios 13. my coaching workout will not upload onto my watch. how do I fix this? I have synced and connected phone with no problem

I have recently ;purchased a Fenix 6 pro. I have joined the training activity with a coach for 10k. it shows on my connect app however does not sync onto my watch. I have a iPhone 7 and has recently upgraded to iOS 13.
