garmin connect mobile ios sync activity cost about 1-2 minutes

I'm using Fenix 5, and I have changed my GPS setting from smart to 1 second mode, seems my Garmin connect mobile iOS app always cost about 1-2 minutes to sync 1 activity from Fenix 5 to the app via Bluetooth.

In addition, My datacenter is China Mainland and tried with too many network, included 4G LTE/Wifi, have the same result, so I don't think it's network speed issue.

for the same date center, my colleague using Garmin 235, it can sync 1 activity less than 30 seconds via Android app to China datacenter.

I'm Using iPhone X and iOS tried with 12.x and 13.x, all have the same result.

all the garmin connect mobile iOS app is always up-to-date with the latest version, this issue found about 4-6 months, seems I have report it to garmin support email, they said they are global support, I should report it to China Datacenter .

but I think it's garmin connect app bug or acrivity file size with GPS 1 second mode issue.
