Connected but no sync. conflicting info

  • I have a foreunner 620 that has suddenly stopped syncing. Bluetooth on phone says connected, watch itself says connected, but Connect app has an exclamation mark and says not connected. Have followed all troubleshooting but nothing is working. Thank you

    I have this exact problem but on Vivosmart 4.

    Bluetooth shows connected but app says not and isn’t syncing.

    Have gone through all the suggested steps and several rounds of ‘forget’ ‘connect’ device etc.

    How king does Garmin usually take to correct these issues after an IOS update?
