Updated to 13.1.2 vivomove hr is connected in phone Bluetooth list but not connect app

Having issues with my Garmin watch post the iOS 13 updates. I can’t keep it connected in the app. 

I can see my watch as “connected” in the phones Bluetooth settings. The connect app tells me that my watch isn’t connected. 

Bluetooth sharing is on in settings > connect and I have tried power cycling my phone and watch.

    I had exactly the same thing. So I turned the phone completely off for a couple of minutes and then switched it back on. It found the watch and asked for a code number which was displayed on the watch face. Now they are connected properly.

    Try turning your phone off then on again. Mine then asked to pair with the watch by keying in a code from the watch display. Then it paired perfectly.
