Garmin Instinct and Iphone 11 Pro can’t be paired

My Garmin Instinct can’t connect to my Iphone 11 Pro..it can connect to bluetooth but when i tried pairing it i always get the message “pairing failed” and “unable to pair your garmin device” what should i do?
