wifi error 0101 and 0200 vivoactive 4s and iphone 7 ios 13.1.2

dear people...

i just bought garmin vivoactive 4s, i have an iphone 7 with ios 13.1.2.

i just tried everything but my wifi is still not working and giving the errors 0101 and 0200 after selecting it. i reset the watch to factory settings, i readded the wifi networks, i tried an hotspot, and still cannot use spotify and add my playlists to my watch. after selecting the wifi network i get the message the network is succesfully added, and after a second or two i get one of the two errors. i dont know anymore what to do. any ideas someone ?

    on a brand new Fenix 6, I can add the wifi network successfully. When I start using it to sync playlists the watch can't find the network anymore and times out with an error 0200 also.

    they say it is a bug, and i am wondering when will the bug be fixed... i intentionally bought vivoactive 4s because of the standalone GPS, wrist heartrate AND stored music through spotify. if the music and wifi dont work i will gladly go back to my trustworthy polar m430

    Is there an update yet? Having the new Vivoactive 4S and experiencing the same problems. One week till the marathon of Lisbon. Come on Garmin!

    Is there any update? I have a Vivoactive 4S with the same 0200 issue and less than a week to go for marathon of Lisbon. Come on Garmin! I don’t want to send it back.

    I waited a say and tried again and it worked like it supposed to. I also updated to 4.11 beta, which has a new wireless binary, and since the. No problems at all.

    Sorry, not done my research. That is for the Fenix. I have the VA 4S and the new software update didn't fix it.

    my watch updated itself to 3.50 but then again still no wifi

    Hello! Well... with a bit of searching I found how I could fixed on my Fenix 6X pro! You need to update your software. Download on your computer the Garmin Express, it took some time but after everything was downloaded and updated, I can now download Spotify playlists. It didn’t say the error 0200... so if I where you.. try it!
