Strava

Can data from a cycle ride recorded on Strava be imported into the Garmin app? I sometimes forget to set my Garmin vivoactive watch to record my ride but have done so on Strava. I have linked my Garmin to Strava but can only seem to export data not import it. Thanks

You can export the ride from Strava then import it into GC.

Go to Strava, and view one of your rides.

Click on the triple dots (1) to pull up the tools menu, then click on "Export GPX" (2). That will download the GPX file for you.

Then go to Garmin Connect, view activities, and click on the "Import" link to upload the GPX file you just downloaded.

Even though Garmin seems to allow you to upload multiple files, I think it will only handle one.

I look in Garmin Connect on my phone or ipad and can’t see the import link. Please can you advise
