My new garmin 830 will not connect to my new iPhone 11 pro. I’ve tried everything. Any thoughts?

I’ve purchased a garmin 830 and I have an iPhone 11 pro. I cannot get the two devices to pair. I’ve tried everything. Resetting devices etc. Any ideas?
