Edge 1030 v 8.00 + iPhone iOs 13 v13.1.2

I have a 1030 Edge and an iPhone7.
I bought the Edge at the end of March 2019.
I connected it in BT and paired with my iPhone7.
This connection worked very well until now.
Now, i have this problem:
The phone "sees" the Edge 1030, but it does not connect to the iPhone.
Before you write, I uninstalled everything on the iPhone and deleted the iPhone in the Edge.
Then I have everything installed(as I already did with the purchase of the 1030).
Nothing is done! Thank you for telling me how to proceed to find a perfectly functioning situation for nearly 6 months.
