Connect IQ iOS App not connecting

I quite often have the problem, that the standalone connect iq app for iOS ist not connecting to the watch, while the GCM app is able to connect and sync data. Even reconnecting Bluetooth or closing GCM does not help... I closed the app multiple times, it still doesn’t connect.
