Connect IQ for iOS produces "error occurred" after accepting the legal agreement and selecting NEXT on iOS 13.1.

After updating to iOS 13.1 and Uninstalling/reinstalling the latest Connect IQ.  First launch...accepting Bluetooth connections and messages, and selecting the eula and that I am 16 or older and selecting Next,  the page is blank with the message "Error Occurred" in the center.

Essentially the app is unusable. Confused
