Hello, Im from Germany, so sry for my english. 

For: User experience and workflow.

Garmin Connect App

In: (Weight) Training -> select Training -> choose exercise: create an own exercise because some exercises arent avaible. 

In: (Weight) Training -> select Training -> copy&paste sections so you have more flow in preparing workouts.

In: (Weight) Training -> select Training -> target type: choose time and repetition at the same time, to do a training 2x 40sec.

In: My Day -> Stress: A zoom for the diagram
