No connection after update to ios13.1 + solution (a lucky find)

Issue in Garmin app for vivoactive3. After update of iphone to 13.1. The iphone showed connection to watch, but the garmin app showed “no BT connection”. After switching the basic language on the iphone settings from Dutch to English, the garmin app worked again. Subsequently I switched the language back to Dutch. The garmin app fortunately still works.
