  • My Fenix worked fine before, but not so much after iOS 13.  I’ve followed the LONG list of corrections without success.  My device is paired, but every morning I have to log back into my Connect account and reconnect the device which is already connected.  Seems like a major app issue to me... EITHER FIX THE APP OR BUY BACK MY GARMIN AND I WILL BUY SOMETHING ELSE.  I was a GARMIN fan, now I’m just mad.

  • The silence is deafening!

The support options are dated and don’t work!

Every morning I have to repair my new 945, Garmin Scales etc.  It’s a pain and annoying. I chose Garmin because of its reputation for reliability.  A reliably bad connection it seems!

  • It has got beyond a joke now. Every morning I have to try to pair my Vivoactive 3 watch and my Garmin edge 520 plus. The connect app on my iPhone XR is a pain now to the point that I am looking at different options. Wahoo or Suunto here I come.

  • You should update the Support page in German.
There is no information about the new option in Bluetooth device settings "Systemmitteiliungen teilen" > On (Share System Notifications)

  • This kinda worked for me:

    - My iPhone 13.3 is connected through Bluetooth with Garmin FR 2

    - The app Garmin Connect says to add a device

So when we enter in the app, it shows up the screen to select the device, I just go to ignore/skip/later (don't remember exactly the options), then he ask what I use the app for and I select the option for fitness/running or something like this. I did this about 2 weeks ago, and it works, al least it doesn't annoy me with forget bluetooth device, pair again, etc etc etc.

  • My Garmin Connect App stopped syncing my watch data yesterday. Then it got logged out automatically. And then after I logged in my whole past data is vanished from the app..!! Kindly help.

  • I’m still having issues getting text message notifications to my garmin. I’ve done all the listed tips above and still nothing, any last tips or suggestions to fix it?  The iPhone is updated 13.3!

  • I change iPhone SE to iPhone 7 and updated iPhone 7 to ios13.3

But I can't pair my 645 music even I format try everything. It's still not work. Hopeless
