Sync

My steps goal will not sync with my watch. On the connect app I have auto set to off, and my custom goal is set to 7500 but the phone still shows the auto steps to 8260. I have reset my phone, restarted my watch. Will not sync properly

Did you figure out how to resolve it? I’m having the exact same issue with my Vivo Move HR. It’s very frustrating!

I am having the issue this morning with my Vivosmart 4 not syncing my timed workouts with Connect. It seems to be updating steps and My Fitness Pal info. I first closed and reopened the app, then rebooted my phone, then turned Bluetooth off and on, on my phone and on the watch, but still not working.
