Edge 530 with iPhone 11/iOS 13 not pairing

Edge 530 not pairing with iOS 13 on iPhone 11 Pro. Process starts by asking to verify pairing code then the running man is seen for a while. A message then appears saying something went wrong. It asks to try again. Have powered down both units. Have removed paired device. Have turned off/on Bluetooth.

    I’m having the same problem with my Fenix 5. Have tried restarting, updating the app, unpairing but still unable to connect.

    Same here with Edge 830. Tried restarting, removing Garmin connect app. Remove it from BT settings...

    I have no problems with my 935.

    ditto.  Edge 830 won't pair to my iPhone 11 Pro running iOS13.  Forerunner 935 and Edge 810 work fine.

    I can't help, but I can confim that I have exactly the same issue and the exact same devices (Edge 530 + iPhone 11 PRO ). Waiting for iOS 13.1, should be released today to fix this issue.

    I had the same issue, but finally after a number of tries, it worked. I also turned off Wi-Fi on both and turned it back on, it was after that that it finally worked. I had removed the 530 from the Garmin app on my new iPhone and removed the iPhone entry from the 530. Also, I made sure that I initiated the pairing in Garmin Connect, previous tries I had gone into the iPhone BT settings and paired one of the two BT 530 entries and that seemed to be part of the issue. Once I went in strictly via the Garmin Connect app, it worked on the next try. Good luck, I was about ready to give up on mine till it finally worked.

    Thanks for your reply.  Still no  luck. I had similar problems before (< io13) with 2 830 devices in my BT settings...

    Question.. did you have the issue also on ios13?

    I had a similar issue on iOS 12 after the 530 firmware upgrade to 4.10. This most recent pairing problem was after upgrading from an iPhone 8 to iPhone 11. The iPhone 8 had been upgraded to iOS 13 and I didn't have any BT issues. It was when I tried pairing to the iPhone 11 w/iOS13 that I must have tried the pairing at least a dozen times till I was finally successful.

    As a follow up, on iOS 13.1 there is no change, I still can‘t pair my devices

    I can't pair my Edge 530 with Garmin Connect on an iphone 11 with 13.1 - constantly get error messages after getting past the code page.
