Garmin Connect IQ shows an unespecified error with Fenix 5 and iOS 13

hi everyone!

does anyones have experienced and resolved an unespecified error while connecting tonGarmin Connect IQ on a Fenix 5 and iOS 13?

previously and in iOS 13 as well it works fine,but since today when I try it shows the Welcome page, and the error message ‘It has been an error’ (with no more explanations), so it’s impossible to connect to Connect IQ.

Of course that I’ve tried to turn on/off Bluetooth, re-pair the Fenix 5 (thats works fine with Garmin Connect and syncs correctly), reinstall Connect IQ, restart and reboot both Fenix 5 and iPhone...so...could anyone help me,please?
