How does Garmin define high aerobic?

How does Garmin connect define “high aerobic”? I’m doing regular interval training sessions with 30-50 minutes at threshold and/or tempo, and Garmin Connect shows the ride as a low aerobic ride building base. My FTP and Lactate thresholds are set properly.
