How to fix wrong registration? Numbers are higher in the app than on the watch

Hi. I got a vivoactive 3 last week and I’ve had no problems. But today everything is wrong. The Garmin Connect app on my iPhone shows 800 more steps than on my watch and also the intensity minutes is higher by 10 minutes in the app than on the watch. How is that possible? I only have one device paired. Anyone tried it and no what to do?

Further more I just went for a 30 minute walk around the neighborhood without stairs or hills and the number of stairs went from 10 to 22 on that walk?

Is something wrong with my new watch?
