I’ve made my own personal watch face, but it won’t sync onto my forerunner 235. Can anyone advise?

My forerunner is having issues with syncing for personal made watch faces. I haven’t had an issue before, just the last week or so. It accepts premade ones. Just not ones I make myself. Can anyone advise please?
