Garmin Edge 1000 is not receiving the text message

i bought Garmin Edge 1000 last week and all settings are ok to receive the text message and call, but it is not working in my iphone xs max. When i try with my wife’s iphone xs max, it is working. All settings are same, but it’s not working in my phone. How can i solve this problem ?

I have just solved the problem. I did hart reset to my Garmin Edge 1.000 then i renewed the connection with my iphone. Now Garmin is receiving the text message and call.
