Notifications has stopped working

My notifications has stopped working. I’m not sure what broke it, GCM 4.22.1.1 or iOS 12.4.1. Anyone else with the same issue?

Forerunner 935 on fw 14.10

Since the upgrade to GCM 4.22.1.1 I am no longer able to update running activity on the garmin connect mobile app; however, it updates on the garmin connect online?

I think I got it back working again by toggling all related settings off and on again on watch, web and in app. (such as notifications, bluetooth, do not disturb etc)
