What I’ve just found is that GC writes resting heart rate on Apple Health, but I have data only every three days:
In addition to that, two values reflect what’s reported on GC. One doesn’t, and on Apple Health it says its been updated at 20:33 of that specific day, while probably GC lowered that value on its own app later that day.
