Weight not read from Apple Health kit

I have a smart scale which uploads weight data to Apple Health kit. I know Garmin also sells smart scales but I am not going to buy a new scale from Garmin to enable this feature... (also not a big fan of vendor lock-in)

The app already has permission to read the weight, so can someone at Garmin convince the right product owner to implement this Slight smile

    This is definitely a must have. In fact such a simple feature? had been going on for years (since 2016 at least) from various thread but never got implemented.  At first I am puzzled by why, but then I guess, Garmin smart scales is the cause. .:(

    If they got this implemented, that basically means the end of marketing of their smart scale.    Please Garmin, don't limit your marketing to such thing!  At the end of the day, it is still UX that count.

    I am pretty sure that people who already have a smart scale but not yet a Garmin device would be tempted to buy a Garmin device if they know Garmin has an open system... afterwards if their scale would malfunction, they will probably be tempted to buy a Garmin one or at least consider one!

    UX indeed wins customers!
