Workouts not syncing from training peaks to garmin

recently purchased 735xt (35 tanked and sent for repair)

registered with coach on training peaks (TP)

inside TP the garmin // TP link was setup

HOWEVER

no options in Connect to sync to TP

have to manually dump a workout from conmect and pull intonations TP

in summary, workouts from TP are not showing on 1. Connect 2. Device

If you go to Garmin Connect Web account information, do you see TrainingPeaks listed?

And if you go to TrainingPeaks Manage Your Applications, do you see Garmin Connect listed?

Unfortunately yes and yes. I see the workouts in the training tab. They're just not appearing on the calendar. And it won't let me manually schedule them. On TP, each workout has the little garmin connect icon saying it's synced. Garmin connect tho is denying this lol

Tried to disconnect my watch and reset the connection with phone and restart phone... Etc but no luck

Did you figure this out? I am having this trouble too. Worked with my old watch last year but now it's not showing up in the calendar. Same as yours

I was having this issue and was able to figure it how to fix it.

The instructions I followed said to go to https://www.trainingpeaks.com/account/garminconnect to connect training peaks to Garmin connect. After doing this I noticed under "Permissions" 'in Trainingpeaks "Manage Your Application" the permissions next to Garmin was blank. Permissions should say something like "Activities/Workouts/Health". Here is a link to the Trainingpeaks manage applications -> https://www.trainingpeaks.com/account/manage-applications

To fix the issue.

1) Disconnect Trainingpeaks and Garmin Connect at this URL trainingpeaks.com/.../garmin

2) Refresh the page

3) Now go through the steps to reconnect. This fixed my issue.
