I ended my training, and by mistake start another one. Can I resume my training or is it lost and i have to start everything ??

I had an issue having the training program in my menu.

I restart the configuration and try to restart my training program too. But, by doing this, i quit my program and now it seems that I have to start a new program from the begining...

Does any solution exist?
