Both Fenix 5X plus and Garmin Edge 1030 report my Training Status as 'Unavailable'.

Both Fenix 5X plus and Garmin Edge 1030 report my Training Status as 'Unavailable' even though I have more than 7 days of training history as required to determine my training status. I wear HRM chest belt in addition to the Watch's built-in HR each time I do an activity. My devices are set to True Up. Would appreciate advice from any one familiar with this type of issue. Cheers.
