Deleted ride from garmin connect now unable to reload from edge 25

Unable to upload ride from edge 25 that I have previously deleted from garmin connect site, ride still stored on edge 25

check on Garmin Connect Web if your ride is deleted

from Garmin Connect Web import your ride again
