all data not syncing

In the last 4 weeks, I've noticed that all of my workouts are not syncing to Garmin Connect. They are on my watch (vivosmart hr+) and they appear online under my activities, but they don't show in the app. I'm missing 1 workout from June 5th, one from the 21st and 2 from this week. I'm also noticing that 1.5 - 2 hours from my sleep cycle is missing everyday. I've tried connecting my watch to my computer, turning my watch off and back on, deleting the app and reinstalling it, and nothing seems to get this missing data from my watch into Garmin Connect.
