My watch won’t connect to my phone and Bluetooth is on I’ve reset the watch the phone deleted the watch set it up again and still no luck

    Me too. I have a Vivosport and an Iphone 7. I finally downloaded the Garmin app to my iMac and can now sync by connecting Vivosport to computer via USB but phone will still not recognize my Vivosport and I've tried all their "troubleshooting" options (over past week). Guess I'll go back to Fitbit... UGH!!!

    I've seen many threads that say this is common after updates (not sure if Garmin updates or IOS)- and some of the comments are more than a YEAR old!

    GARMIN - where are you??

    Possible solution... I thought phone app would just recognize device if plugged in/near each other. If you actually read manual, you may know you need to hold down vivosport face until you see Gear icon for settings, then scroll to select icon of phone w/bluetooth symbol.
