Connect IQ does not connect to Approach S60

I have my iPhone paired with Garmin Connect and it works fine. I installed the Connect IQ app but it can't see my Approach S60. I can sync with Garmin Connect, select the Connect IQ Store from the Garmin Connect app but the Connect IQ Store keeps acting like I do not have the Approach S60 connected.

I have the same problem. I am paired successfully to Garmin Connect but the IQ app just won’t recognize my s60 is already connected.

Well this is not encouraging. I have the same problem with my new S60. I guess this has been a problem for at least 4 months. So no fix or solution from Garmin?
