How can I livetrack to Facebook

I am a new user to Garmin products and have just received the edge 530 which is fantastic but I can’t figure out how to share the livetrack to Facebook. It shows an option for Twitter but not Facebook! Am I missing something obvious. I am running latest versions of software on edge, latest connect mobile app & latest version of iOS

Facebook disallowed that kind of integration, so Garmin removed it.
