Unable to sync changes made to ‘Activities & App Management’ settings via Garmin Connect iOS to the device.

When I change my device’s ‘Activities & App Management’ settings via Garmin Connect iOS, those changes do not sync to the device. Similar changes made on the device do, in fact, sync back to Garmin Connect iOS.  In the past I have been able to make these types of changes through Garmin Connect iOS and now I cannot. Please help me enable this two-way syncing.

My device is a vivoactive 3.

My iPhone, Garmin Connect iOS, and device softwares are all up-to-date.

I have already unpaired and repaired the device following the instructions on the Garmin website, however this has not helped.

    It will be caused by an ineffective testing and quality assurance team at Garmin. Nothing you can do but wait for an update that fixes it (at the cost of breaking something else that hopefully you don't care too much about).
