Can’t access downloaded watch faces

Downloaded watch faces for vivoactive 3 from connect IQ store and cannot access them on my watch. App shows that they are installed but when I try to find them on my watch it shows a white circle with IQ and an exclamation point in the middle.

I’ve had this happen to me before on my tactix. It might be a sync related issue. Try deleting whats on your watch followed by downloading again using a PC or different source.
